At Jump Up Gymnastics, we strive to create an environment where each child is inspired to reach their goals and set a foundation of strength, agility and coordination that will last a lifetime. Our experienced coaching staff will instruct your children in stretching, body awareness, balance, tumbling basics, and more. We also offer recreational classes to help build confidence while having fun with friends.
Our facility in Lehi, Utah features a wide range of gymnastics equipment and tumbling mats, ensuring safe and effective classes for all our students. We also have a viewing area so parents can watch their children’s progress.

We offer excellent pre-k academic and physical education in our preschool available during the school year. We have great a curriculum and awesome teachers. Every preschool class comes with tumbling and physical education taught by professional coaches
We offer an array of gymnastic classes for girls of all ages, from beginner to elite levels. Our experienced coaches will help your child learn the fundamentals while having fun doing it. Our classes focus on stretching, body awareness, balance and tumbling basics with the goal of developing strength, agility and coordination. We also offer an option for students to be on a team with kids around their age. With our wide range of gymnastics equipment and tumbling mats, we can ensure safe and effective classes for all our students. Our kids’ gymnastics options include Jr. Gym, Beginning, and Team.
Our tumbling classes are designed to build strong and flexible athletes. We offer classes for all skill levels and ages, from beginner to advanced. Our experienced instructors will teach your child proper technique while having fun in a safe environment. We focus on drills, conditioning, flexibility and advancing skills with the goal of achieving excellence in the sport of tumbling. Our tumbling classes include Beginning Tumbling, Intermediate Tumbling, Advanced Tumbling, Elite Tumbling, and Specialty Tumbling.
Parkour is a sport that focuses on movement and physicality. Our parkour classes are designed to challenge your child and help them reach their full potential. Our certified instructors will teach your child proper technique and safety while helping them develop strength, agility, coordination, balance and creativity – all while having fun! Our parkour classes include Beginning Parkour, Intermediate Parkour, Advanced Parkour, Elite Parkour, Specialty Parkour, and Little Ninjas, which is a class for younger students.
We offer preschool classes for children ages 3-5 to help them be prepared for kindergarten. We will provide students with a safe and nurturing environment that helps promote and build excitement for learning. We follow the Alpine School District calendar for breaks and holidays and classes will begin after Labor Day and end the week before the Alpine School District ends. Not only do we teach the basic curriculum that all preschoolers should learn, we also offer gymnastic classes that give students the opportunity to develop healthy muscles and enhance flexibility.
